We deliver within Nigeria. Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Pre-orders ship according to the production timeline stated on the product page, and we'll keep you updated by email. A flat delivery fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds, once approved, are processed back to your original payment method via Paystack and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for return. Custom or made-to-order pre-order pieces are only eligible for return if defective on arrival.
You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us directly. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our Returns policy above instead.
